Privacy Policy: Linecut

AD Tech Services, India ("we") runs Linecut at https://linecut.adtechservices.in. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We act as the data controller (or "data fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act) for owner account data. For emails collected on a waitlist page, the waitlist owner is the controller and we are the processor.
What we collect

We don't sell personal data. We don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it (sub-processors)
Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, Turnstile bot protection), Dodo Payments (payments, tax), Resend (transactional email). They process data only to provide their service to us.
We do not currently use Google sign-in, PostHog analytics, or Sentry in production. If we add them later, we will update this page before collecting data through them.
People who join a waitlist
If you join someone else's waitlist (you are not creating an account with us):
- The waitlist owner controls your email. They are the data controller for that signup. We process it only to run the waitlist for them.
- We send you one confirmation email so you can confirm your spot and get a referral link. We do not send marketing email to waitlist signups.
- To change or remove your email from a list, ask the waitlist owner first. You can also email legal@adtechservices.in; we will pass the request to the owner or delete the signup ourselves where we can.
How long we keep it
Account data: while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Signup emails stay until the waitlist owner deletes that list or their account. Deleting a list deletes all its signups. Account deletion also cancels any Dodo subscription and removes logos from storage. Payment records: as long as tax law requires (kept by Dodo Payments and us).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Delete your account from Settings, or email legal@adtechservices.in. We reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Product analytics and error-tracking tools are not enabled in production today.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited to what's needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we'll tell you promptly.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country (for example in the US or EU) under their standard data protection terms.
Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18.
