Terms of Service: Linecut

These terms apply to Linecut at https://linecut.adtechservices.in (the "Service"), operated by AD Tech Services, India ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Linecut is a waitlist page with referral links and a live leaderboard. The Service is offered as a new product and may change. We may add, change or remove features.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Payments

Paid plans are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles checkout, taxes, invoices and refunds. Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing at https://linecut.adtechservices.in/dashboard/billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy at https://linecut.adtechservices.in/refund.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, attack or overload the Service, scrape it, resell it without permission, or process data you have no right to process. For signup emails on a waitlist, the waitlist owner is the data controller (or data fiduciary) and Linecut / AD Tech Services is the processor. You must have a lawful reason to collect those emails. We send each signup one confirmation email only; we never market to your list. Deleting a waitlist deletes all of its signups.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or create ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, process and display it only to run the Service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to Your Content. For signup emails on a waitlist, you are the data controller and we are the processor.

6. Availability

We aim for the Service to be available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance or shut down the Service. If we shut down a paid Service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.
